How accurate are sample colours shown on your web site?

Fabric colours and textures as viewed on our web site may vary slightly depending on your computer monitor settings and resolution. We suggest ordering free samples to ensure the fabrics you choose meet your expectations.

All Basswood and Cedar blinds are manufactured using natural materials hence minor variations in colour may occur.

Are all your Blinds Custom Made or Overseas Imports?

We are proud to provide you with quality Australian custom made products. All our blinds are individually manufactured to your specific requirements to ensure you obtain the highest level of satisfaction. WE DO NOT SUPPLY INFERIOR IMPORTED OR READY MADE PRODUCTS.

What Warranty do you offer on your blinds?

How do I measure my blinds correctly?

Our web site has an easy to follow guide to assist you when measuring your windows so that you can be assured your blind will fit perfectly. If you are still unsure or have questions regarding measuring your windows, particularly more difficult windows, contact us with your query and we will be happy to assist you further.

Orders & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my blinds?

Due to the blinds being manufactured in Australia, we can provide you with your custom made blinds within 10 to 15 working days. In some isolated cases, some fabrics may be temporarily out of stock. You will be notified as soon as possible should your order experience any delays.

What is the cost of delivery?

Home Blinds Australia offers free delivery Australia wide on all blind purchases over $299.

What happens if my blinds are damaged during their delivery?

All deliveries require signature on receipt of the goods. If you believe your blinds have been damaged in transit, please do not accept the delivery. Any damaged blinds should be returned for replacement.

What happens if I need to change my order?

Should you need to make any changes to your blind order, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of submitting your order and payment. After this 24 hour time frame, your blinds will commence manufacture and therefore changes can no longer be made. Ensure you have double checked your measurements and fabric colour selections before submitting your order.
